… and on rare occasions they exceed them.


Little over 24 hours ago, I was at the airport saying goodbye to my dear friend Gon, aka , who was here for a week. I have known him online for 4 or 5 years, and always considered him a great friend, but to meet him in person and have that proven true is a wonderful feeling because the person you envisage online is not necessarily as good as the person in the flesh most of the time.


It was a sad coincidence that the day before Gon was due to arrive one of my best friends passed away, and the day after his arrival, Fred and I had to go to the funeral. Gon was very supportive all the while, and for this I am very grateful. This is just part of his charm, because he is also incredibly sweet, caring and fun to be with. It doesn’t hurt that he’s also very easy on the eyes



Tiggy, you’re a terrific person, and I’m glad you enjoyed yourself. I’m sorry that there were hiccups all throughout your stay, but we made the best of what we had
